Passenger Focus has been deeply engaged for two years in the fares debate called for by Transit (September 21). These discussions are even more important as, under current government plans, passengers are going to be shouldering more of the burden of the industry’s investment. Fares and ticketing, alongside getting a seat, remain Passenger Focus’ main work priorities.
