This week’s UK Bus Awards saw 750 people gather in Battersea Park. Before the proceedings began there was a tribute to Matthew Bradley, one the industry’s greatest thinkers, who lost his battle with cancer earlier this month. He was just 41 years of age.

The tribute was given by Ray Stenning of design company Best Impressions, who worked closely on many projects over the years with Bradley, whose last role was as marketing manager for Go Ahead Group, the bus and train operator. The...
