The new rail service between Ebbw Vale and Cardiff will involve more co-ordination with buses than any previous project of its kind.
Passenger services on the 18-mile branch line are due to start in December, following a £30m restoration project which included building six new stations. There will be three dedicated rail feeder buses, and Arriva Trains Wales has agreed to accept tickets issued on some existing bus services.
