A CCTV car has started patrolling schools in Oldham in a bid to tackle disruptive parking. Oldham Council said the Toyota IQ car cost £8,500 while the IT package cost about £50,000, funded by pay & display revenue. The car is fitted with Mouchel’s Traffic Support system.
