‘Casualty rise not due to 20mph limit flaws’


 

Road safety campaigners have acknowledged that DfT casualty figures for 2011 showed that as the total number of 20mph roads increases, so do the total number of casualties. However, the campaigners argue this is not evidence of increased danger.
