An increase in the number of cameras installed on bus lanes in Reading has led to an increase in fines. Nearly 52,000 more penalty charge notices (PCNs) were issued in the last financial year, according to figures from the borough council.
A budget monitoring report revealed that 88,185 tickets were issued 2011/12, compared with 36,192 in 2010/11 and 26,753 in 2009/10....
