Tunbridge Wells Borough Council has approved the purchase of a £40,000 mobile CCTV car to promote the council’s road safety agenda. From July the vehicle will be used to enforce bus lane regulations and parking offences on zig-zag areas around schools. Any contraventions will be recorded and fines issued through the post.
