Public Vehicle Hire (PHV) company Addison Lee is writing to all its drivers warning them not to use London bus lanes pending its application for judicial review. Previously Addison Lee’s chairman John Griffin had encouraged its 3,500 to flout regulations an drive in London’s bus lanes.
