Spur offers councils unattended bus lane CCTV package

Traffic and parking enforcement IT specialist Spur is offering a package that enables councils to introduce bus lane monitoring using unattended CCTV cameras without any capital expenditure costs. Spur’s service model adopts per-PCN (penalty charge notice) pricing to enable councils to finance the camera and processing system.
