Dukes has passed the full ISO 9001 quality management system (QMS) standards audit. The ISO auditor Dave Wilcox said: “Dukes now has a very focused quality assurance manager in David Parry and his experience and approach to a comprehensive QMS system is well co-ordinated and communicated to the staff.
“Dukes is progressing toward ISO 27001 information security standard this year and also 14001 and 18001 to follow.”
