MOJ launches consultation on bailiff reform

The long-awaited public consultation seeking views on how best to reform the bailiff industry has been launched by the Ministry of Justice (MOJ). The paper, Transforming Bailiff Action, includes proposals on a simplified fee structure, an independent regulator and revised bailiff certification.
