BMA calls for smoking ban in all cars

 

All smoking in cars should be banned in the UK to protect the health drivers and passengers, says the British Medical Association (BMA).

Smoking is currently banned in work vehicles. However, the doctors’ union says an outright ban would be the be the best way of protecting non-smokers and children, even if they are not in the car.
