ITV’s Exposure programme reported two cases involving JBW Group. Both related to the clamping vehicles owned by debtors with unpaid parking fines. One case involved Matt Wale, who had suffered brain injuries after a serious car crash. He said the injuries were to blame for a succession of parking fines and his poor record in paying on time.
