Bristow & Sutor has been jointly appointed to the Bailiff Services Framework procured by the Eastern Shire Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) on behalf of Leicester City Council and partnering Councils.

The four-year contract started on 1 November 2011 with the option to extend by up to two years.
