There has been some consolidation in the UK parking market in recent years. The British operation of US-owned Central Parking System was bought by APCOA Parking (UK), while VINCI Park UK has taken over both hospital parking specialist KML and airport parking operator Meteor Parking. Meanwhile, a number of new operators have entered the UK market.
