Wirral CEOs clamp down on litter louts

Civil enforcement officers (CEOs) in the Wirral have started issuing fixed penalty notices to people seen discarding rubbish. Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council has extended its partnership with NSL Services’ 21 CEOs to tackle those who drop litter.
