Volunteers using speed guns have caught almost 5,000 drivers breaking the speed limit in Wiltshire over the last year. The Community Speed Watch (CSW) group use the devices to calculate speeds and then writes to drivers caught exceeding the speed limit. The scheme was launched after the county’s speed cameras were removed in 2010.
