The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea Council has appointed Task Enforcement as its debt recovery contractor. TASK, the debt recovery arm of NSL Services Group, has been awarded a three-year contract with an option to extend to five years. The company will be given up to a quarter of all the annual bailiff warrants for unpaid parking fines, alongside other debt recovery companies including Equita and London Bailiffs.
