A joint operation by police and Croydon Borough Council has resulted in the collection of more than £3,000 in unpaid fines. The team set out to identify untaxed, uninsured and unroadworthy vehicles, illegitimate motorists, outstanding warrants, and to catch drivers who were committing traffic offences.
