An average speed camera system is to be trialled at a primary school in Poole, Dorset. The six-month trial of Siemens new SafeZone cameras will start at Springdale First School in September. The cameras will measure the average speed of vehicles travelling between two points, but data collected during the trial will not be used for enforcement purposes, and no fines will be issued.
