School tribunals are being held across the country, giving children the chance to question speeding drivers, writes Patrick McDonnell

Offenders are being ‘invited’ to go back to school for speed awareness courses in a campaign to combat speeding and potentially dangerous parking, and to promote road safety initiatives around schools. Police forces and local authorities in England and Wales have sought new and novel solutions to tackle such offences. The measures employed focuses on driver re-education rather than punishment to address the issues.
