When I first joined the ‘dark side’, I was only too aware that bailiffs and enforcement agents were not the most popular professionals. Yet I was still surprised by the depth of feeling against them, including those from the advice sector whose role it is to help and protect the vulnerable in society.

Bailiffs are, as I see it, an extension of the law, acting as law enforcement officers collecting the huge debt that we as a country have brought upon ourselves.
