An Instavolt charger at a McDonald`s drive-thru

InstaVolt has opened the first of a series of EV charging points at McDonald’s drive-thrus in the UK. McDonald’s wants to create a new nationwide charging network to support increasing demand for EVs.

The first 125kW rapid charger was installed at the Water Street drive-thru in Port Talbot, South Wales. Installation works have now started at a number of other sites across the country.
