The North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) launched a marketing campaign in July to encourage drivers to use cashless payments to pay for and extend their stays in the car parks it manages.

NEPP uses the MiPermit cashless parking system in all its car parks across the Braintree, Colchester, Harlow and Uttlesford council areas.
