The Environment and Traffic Adjudicators (ETA) is the independent appeals tribunal provided under the terms of the Traffic Management Act 2004. They determine civil penalty appeals relating to tickets issued by the London enforcement authorities. Each year the ETA presents a report to the statutory joint committee formed by representatives from the London boroughs, City of London Corporation and Transport for London (TfL).
