One in three consumers across three major markets say they could not complete a parking transaction because the payment system failed. 

In the UK that figure climbs to almost half.

This is not about pricing or availability. Consumers are telling us that the biggest barrier to parking is the payment technology itself. Machines that reject cards, glitchy apps, and systems that fail at the moment people need them most are driving frustration and lost revenue.
