ODS appoints Dolphin as director of Gul-e

ODS has appointed Adam Dolphin as director of its cross-pavement charging service, Gul-e.

He will work with local authorities to support the accelerated roll-out of cross-pavement EV charging for residents without driveways and thus do not have the option of installing domestic chargepoints.

Dolpin brings more than 15 years of senior commercial and sales leadership experience across SaaS and technology-driven businesses, most recently as managing director of PayByPhone UK.

Oxford Direct Services is wholly-owned by Oxford City Council, made up of two companies, ODS and ODS Trading.
