Cross-pavement channels available across Northern Ireland

People in Northern Ireland can now apply for a cross-pavement home electric vehicle (EV) charging channel via an online form.

Northern Ireland’s Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has jurisdiction across all public footways and so is able to approve installations throughout the region. 

This makes Northern Ireland different from England, Wales and Scotland, where each local authority must approve the product.
