How local transport will be changed by Devolution Bill

A major shake-up in local government structure and responsibilities, spearheaded by Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner’s Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, will have significant implications for the planning and delivery of transport. Peter Stonham explores its provisions.
