Sarah Randall has been appointed the new interim Chief Executive Officer of the new National Parking Platform. The British Parking Association is delivering the cashless parking payment platform. Randall has more than 15 years experience in parking and transport management. She has held held senior roles including Assistant Director at the London Borough of Newham and Head of Parking at Croydon Council.
