A shopping centre in Crawley has introduced a ticketless parking payment system.
The management of County Mall said visitors can now use a ticketless entry system with contactless payment available directly at the exit barriers.
Simon Cuckow, County Mall centre manager, said he understood previous parking arrangements was the subject of many complaints, especially when penalties were issued.
