An express bus service that operates as an alternative to the stalled Bakerloo line extension is among the pledges in London Mayor Sadiq Khan’s manifesto published last week.
The ‘Bakerloop’ limited stop service would follow the planned Bakerloo line extension route from Elephant & Castle to Lewisham.
This would be one of 10 new bus services in the proposed ‘Superloop 2’ network, which would double the number of services from 10 to 20.
