Jersey revises parking and room space guidance for new homes

The States of Jersey has revised guidance on the number of car and bike parking spaces at new residential developments for the first time in about 30 years.

The Channel Island’s government has also updated policies on the minimum sizes of rooms and private open spaces in new homes. Information about both was last issued in 1988 and 1994 respectively.
