Plans for an EV hub have been approved by Winchester City Council. EV charging network operator InstaVolt has been given permission to transform the Three Maids Hill site into an EV Super Hub.
Despite the application being previously recommended for refusal on five counts, all councillors voted unanimously in favour at a planning meeting on 12 December.
