All young people in Nottinghamshire aged under 22 are now eligible for discounts on buses and trams. The Nottinghamshire U22 scheme offers student prices to all young people, which will give then access to an all-day ticket in the NCTX Buses app for £4 instead £5.20 and monthly travel for £55 instead of £70.
Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council secured funding for the scheme through the Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP).
