A multi-storey car park that forms a key part of plans to regenerate part of Newcastle-under-Lyme’s town centre is poised to take a huge step forward. The York Place scheme will see the creation of a public open space, shops and offices, a 100-bed hotel and the 450-space Castle car park.
The projects jointly form part of a £30m regeneration of the Ryecroft area, which also includes an Aspire development.
