Portsmouth develops 10-year parking plan

Portsmouth City Council is developing a 10-year transport plan to reduce traffic congestion and support economic growth.

Measures will include ones that support sustainable transport such as access to car clubs, extended operating hours for buses and the provision of cycle lanes.
