ULEZ plans seek to help people share their journeys

Shared transport options such as car clubs, bike hire and shared e-scooters will play a pivotal role after the Mayor of London announced his Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) support offers and scrappage scheme.

The £110m fund will support Londoners as the ULEZ prepares to go city-wide in August this year by replacing or retrofitting old, polluting vehicles. The schemes include incentives for people to remove older, polluting vehicles from the roads and for everyone to shift towards shared...
