The DfT has published the second cycling and walking investment strategy (CWIS2) setting out active travel targets. New targets included the doubling of cycling by 2025 compared against 2013 levels.

Publication of CWIS2 were announced by Jenny Wiles, DfT’s walking & cycling projects advisor, at Cycle City Active City held in Sheffield.
