Oxfordshire expands decriminalised parking

County takes over from police in three more districts

The way in which parking is controlled in parts of Oxfordshire will change this month as part of moves to create safer roads and help traffic flow more freely.

From 1 November, Oxfordshire County Council will take on responsibility for civil parking enforcement from Thames Valley Police.
