The private parking sector will be taking steps to counter fraudulent attempts to evade payment of parking charges, says the International Parking Community (IPC). The parking trade body says it is aiming to protect both motorists and operators from the costly consequences arising from the activities of online scammers and to ensure legitimate appeals processes are not undermined by criminal behaviour.
