Private sector operators' Judicial Review bid turned down

A bid by a group of private sector parking operators to get a Judicial Review of the UK government’s proposed caps on the cost of parking charge notices has failed.

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) is overseeing implementation of the Parking (Code of Practice) Act 2019.
