The national key worker parking pass was launched last year

The government is withdrawing the emergency parking pass guidance it introduced to help key workers travel to work during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Parking Pass Scheme for Critical Care Workers supports critical workers, particularly those who may have previously used public transport to get to work.

The pass provides entitlement to free parking for those on duty as an NHS staff member, health or social care worker, or NHS volunteer responder.
