The DfT has given details of a forthcoming programme to support e-bikes.
A spokeswoman told LTT: “We are confirming that a national programme of support to increase uptake of electric bikes will be developed, which could include loans, subsidies, or other financial incentives, with a £1m pilot scheme to test targeting of support.
