Transport Scotland has revised arrangements for its second strategic transport projects review (STPR) because of Covid-19. The STPR is being split into two phases. Phase one will report to the original timescale and focus on recommendations to ‘lock-in’ the “positive” effects and travel behaviours arising from Covid-19. Phase two will report later in 2021.
