Cornwall Council has appointed ZatPark to provide its parking management software. ZatPark will be supplying new software for processing penalty charge notices, generating Notices to Owners and correspondence relating to representations and appeals.
The system will also be used for administering the county’s parking permit schemes, generating both physical and virtual permits.
ZatPark, which won the contract via competitive tender, will replace incumbent IT supplier Conduent from April.
