A new smartphone app seeks to give disabled people the power to report parking infringements such as vehicles being left on the footway. The eFine app has been developed by Alesa Services to enable people to take a photo of parking infringements and send it to the relevant council to take action. Alesa Services says app users will receive 25% of an infringement notice when it is paid to the council.
