Loss turns into profit in Sunderland

Parking revenue helps improve facilities, says council

Sunderland City Council has revealed how it turned a £205,359 parking deficit into a £1,044,984 surplus between 2014-15 and 2017-18. The figures were released after a Freedom of Information request from the Sunderland Echo newspaper.
