North Wales council speeds up processe

Residents in a rural area of North Wales no longer have to wait up to 20 years for changes to parking restrictions, thanks to an overhaul of traffic regulation order (TRO) procedures by Conwy County Borough Council.

From its formation in 1996 until 2018, the authority implemented parking TROs irregularly.
