The North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) is encouraging drivers not to drop school children at the front gates of Holland Haven Primary School in Holland-on-Sea. The school has created a no parking area, known as a ‘3PR Zone’, outside its entrance to educate parents and pupils about considerate parking practices.
